About the Space
Open Air Loft / Beautifully Simple Well Light -1500+ Square Feet White Box Space with two shooting areas ( choose your studio we do not accept double bookings ) Space 1 is 24 x 30 15 foot ceiling & white Walls including a 12 x 24 western facing floor to ceiling bank of 4th floor windows with incredible afternoon day light. Studio rental can include grip , lighting , and backgrounds for a nominal fee. We can accomodate as an add on a " bring your talent set up" with everything necessary for a fast shoot set up and ready to go with a main beauty light and a couple of additional light sources . seamless background, etc. Space 2 is a 20 x 24 Gallery Shooting are perfect for still life or smaller shoots , smaller studio space has columns , but also has a 12 x 24 foot are perfect for wide format backgrounds. Basically set up and run as a commercial fashion style shooting space and run along professional guidelines. A large freight elevator is available so you can bring your own props , backgrounds wardrobe etc. Professionally run by a photographer & staff with over 20 years studio experience operating in New York , Miami & Boston. An enclosed changing area separates the main two studio areas. Coffee Maker , Water, and a Hand sanitation station , trash receptacle , photo cart, client couch, mirror , wifi, and over 120 a/c receptacles . 4th Floor Men's and women's shared studio bathrooms. Clean, Well Lit and Professional Space.

I had such a great experience at this studio! The owner Tom is very friendly and responsive. I used the space on a rainy day and the natural lighting was still phenomenal! My client and I both left very happy. Can’t wait to use this studio again!
