COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The space is cleaned after every use and wipes and hand sanitizer and masks will be provided upon request

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings

The space has the following features:

Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has HEPA-certified air filters
Space has additional space outdoors

About the Space

Photograph and videography studio. has four full length 7x36 foot seamless paper backdrops. Colors are white, black, yellow, and tan. The space itself is small but is was to move around in. It is only one room, but there is bathrooms inside the house. I myself have filmed parts of a music video and have done entire full feature photoshoots in here. The space comes with two flash strobes and one big video LED lights, it also comes with a small rib light tube

The space is at a house in a neighborhood, and the house is on the corner so there is space to park alongside the house.

General Rules

No Smoking is allowed, but alcohol is permitted. keep in mind the space is small, and is about the size of a Ione car garage so there is not much room for the photo shoot AND many other activities to happen at the same time.

All ages are allowed in the space
