A place of inspiration ✨ This brand new 1,100 sqft studio is perfect for Content Creators, Photographers, Filmmakers, Professionals, and Creatives looking to create quality work. Our studio is clean-cut, simplistic-minded, with hardwood floors, ultra-high ceilings, LED lights, huge tinted windows, clean white walls, VINTAGE furniture, blackout curtains, FREE lighting equipment, wi-fi, AC, and tons of BEAUTIFUL natural light. MOST EQUIPMENT IN THE STUDIO IS AVAILABLE FOR FREE: - 1 Alien Bee 800 with softbox and c-stand - 1 Godox UL60 constant light with c stand + gels - Softboxes - Color gels - Vanity makeup section - Private dressing room - Steamer + clothing rack - Bluetooth Speakers - Paper backdrops (9 feet long each) - Blackout Curtains - Huge tinted windows - C-stands and light stands - Chairs and stools - Modifiers, softboxes, beauty dishes, v flats, props, extension cables, etc... * If you need lighting equipment, we do have 2 extra Alien bee 800 strobe lights + wireless triggers available as an add-on. While renting with us, we are exceedingly accommodating, easy to work with, and very flexible. Any questions or details just shoot us a message, we look forward to helping you create your best work yet! @SimplicityStudiosLA *NOTE: -THIS IS A SELF-SERVICE STUDIO Instructions on how to access the space will be sent to you a day before your session. - We are on the 2nd floor of the building, the elevator is available from Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. (Weekdays after 6pm, and on weekends you can only use the stairs, please keep this in mind when booking your shoot). - The space can effortlessly accommodate a group of 20 people. - You can use all the equipment and backdrops in the studio. All backdrops are free to use as backgrounds only. There is a $10 fee per seamless pull/color. (Seamless pull: pulling the paper all the way under your feet where you step on it). Please add this during your booking at the add-ons sections if you need to pull the paper under your feet. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Instructions on getting in and getting parking were clear, and Andre, the host, communicated really well and was really friendly. The space was clean and it was straightforward to check in. There was a bit of a smell when when we came in, but Andre really kindly offered us 30 min free the next time we book with him! I didn't end up using the WiFi, so not sure about that, but the AC worked and was easy to turn on when we got in and turn off when we left.

The host was so accommodating and wonderful. I had a great experience. You really get so much with the booking: high quality lights, tons of props, bed, backdrop, great natural lighting. What more do you want? Already planning another booking.
