Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
The studio is cleaned and disinfected between shoots and staff wears mask while cleaning and welcoming guest into the location.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space
Blanco Noire is a great location to do a photoshoot or video shoot. It has very upscale decor and you are able to shoot 10 different areas in the apartment. Living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 desk/office areas, textured hallway, 2 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. There are floor to ceiling windows which allows for a lot of great lighting to take photos with your iPhone or professional photographer/videographer equipment.

Parking description
Visitor parking is free in the lower level of the building "Guest Parking." Call when you are entering the location so that you are directed to the correct parking area. Up to 3 parking spots available for each guest.
General Rules
MUSIC CAN ONLY BE PLAYED THROUGH OUR BLUETOOTH SPEAKER OR please use phone or laptop in consideration of other residents. DO NOT BRING speakers large or small to play music. Hosts are onsite and violators will be fined and quickly asked to leave the premises.
Please call host when you arrive at the location (in the parking lot). Guests are not allowed to wait in the lobby or any other part of the property. Once session is done please return to vehicle promptly. Guests are to wear masks when entering the building. Please send this message to all members of your party with vehicles!
General Rules
TIME: Your booking includes time needed for setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up. You may arrive at parking lot at most 10 minutes before your booking start time, however you must contact host to enter building and you must leave BEFORE your booking end time to avoid overtime fees. We will not extend your booking if you are late. Please be aware that we schedule a 30 minute buffer in between consecutive bookings to ensure we have enough time to clean our studio.
MUSIC CANNOT BE PLAYED. Unless via phone or laptop under any circumstances. No speakers large or small. Violators will be fined and quickly asked to exit the premises.
EXTENSIONS: You may pay to extend your booking depending on our studio’s schedule. Please inform us about possible overtime as soon as possible so we can determine if your booking can be extended.
FEES FOR EXTRA GUESTS: If more guests arrive during your booking than the number of attendees we originally approved, you will be charged a $10 fee per additional person per hour.
NO SMOKING OR FIRE: No open fire or illegal drugs is allowed anywhere in our studio. Guests may smoke outside.
