Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Artist and Musician Rehearsal spaces for rent. We offer an impressive array of 8 rehearsal spaces/monthly rentals, a top-class VIP venue, and affordable rates for hourly, touring prep, and monthly rehearsal rental space. We pride ourselves on providing what musicians and artists need and want! Security is a top priority with keyless pad entry, cameras outside and inside of the building. Wi-fi and community kitchenette is provided as well. Our live venue is a quaint spot holding up to 85 people with a full PA and light show. The Live venue is open for your next private show, wedding, birthday party, photo/video shoot, or any time you have something special and need a place to unwind and entertain. Tables and chairs are available to seat 50 comfortably. Availability of in-house live sound engineer, DJ, and lighting technician. Do not enter individual artist rooms No Smoking inside, only designated smoking section outside No Events held past 12:00 am Outside catering is allowed

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Two camera positions outside of building. Four cameras inside of building recording hallway and outside access to rehearsal rooms.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
