COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space

This space is a one-of-a-kind wine bar in Downtown Dallas with patio and skyline views. With easy access, the garage door shown in the photos opens to a covered patio with modern, red chairs. If preferable, our kitchen area is included as well with the rental. Ideal for photo and film shoots with its uniqueness, our space brings creative's ideas to live in its industrial look. Our location also is close to all of Dallas' main areas of attraction, minutes from downtown, uptown area, Deep Ellum, and other major freeways. Ample parking is also provided in front of the building, on side streets, as well as in an attached parking garage to the vicinity. The main room is suitable for small group sizes of 24 or less, and the patio can hold another dozen. Please inquire via Peerspace messaging if you’re interested. Yes, I would book again.

Everyone loves the space and the wine is ridiculous. I'd recommend for any event and will definitely be back to purchase wine. If possible, request John as your server he fit right in with our bunch and was the sweetest "co-host". Thanks Eden Hill!

The space was wonderful for my engagement party. All of my guests loved. Our server, Brian, was really nice and helpful with everything we needed. I definitely would recommend becoming a wine member here and also using this space for all of your small gathering needs.

My family and I had a great time here in this space. Neil was very helpful and had excellent communication leading up to our event. He allowed us to utilize the space how we saw fit for our event. It was the perfect space for about 25 guest.

This venue was a perfect space for my graduation celebration! Neil was very attentive and helped guide my wine selection leading up to my event. All of my guest had wonderful things to say about the venue and about Brian, our server for the night. I will definitely be celebrating another event here in the future!
