About the Space
Our space is a Chic 2500 Square Foot Natural Light Photography Rental Studio, Kitchen and Prop house. Located river front (yeah.. no joke) in Sonoma County, just a bit north of San Francisco we’ve created this sexy dream boat of a creative space. Drawing on our years of experience in the industry, the rental photography studio has been thoughtfully designed to comfortably, functionally and beautifully support productions large or small from food to lifestyle photoshoots as well as events, retreats, and conferences. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This space is absolutely fantastic. We had my wife's 50th Birthday party here. Everyone from the caterer to the bartending company to the photographer and the guests were all asking how no one knows about this fantastic space. Eva and her team are amazing and easy to work with. I can't recommend this space highly enough.

The PERFECT venue for our wedding reception! The space is beautiful, clean, and wide open with an amazing view of the river. The big wall of windows allowed for the best light so all of our photos looked amazing! Easy for the rental company we hired to load in all our tables, chairs, etc. and lots of street parking for our guests. We danced until after dark with no complaints. Easily accommodated our 80 person guest list. The host was super friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have been happier with this amazing venue.
