New fully renovated beautifully designed private apartment offering luxury high-end finishes and amenities. Located in the West Passyunk Triangle neighborhood of South Philly. The name Passyunk (pronounced Pa-sh-yunk by locals) comes from the Native American Lenape tribe’s word Pachsegink, which means “place between the hills” or “in the valley.” In fact, the diagonal Passyunk Avenue was formerly a Lenape trail! The apartment is great for boudoir (bedroom) photo shoots, influencer chef home kitchen set-ups, bathroom spa, sun-washed living room space with high ceilings, modern lighting and clean walls for spatial transformations, and an outdoor dining area with a wooden-gate for private morning or evening sittings.

_No Smoking inside or outside of the building (strict zero tolerance/penalty fee will be applied for professional deep cleaning services). To maintain a fresh and healthy environment, smoking of any kind (including cigarette, illegal drug and marijuana) is not allowed inside or outside of our place. _Quiet Hours are 11:00pm - 7:00am (Noise complaints from neighbors during quiet hours will result in negative review, immediate termination of reservation and removal from apartment). _Contactless/Self Check-in with Lockbox. _More information: Please leave the home in the condition you found it (Doors locked, windows closed, house tidy, etc.). Respect the neighbors. This home is located in a residential neighborhood and must abide by city noise regulations (11PM-7AM). _Do not host parties. If a neighbor complains about the noise level we reserve the right to ask you to leave the house. We will not tolerate our neighbors being disrupted. Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules. _No Pets. _Children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their personal equipment and safety needs. _No illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behavior. Authorities and Peerspace will be contacted for your immediate removal. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
