All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Our old windmill will greet you in the meadow, while the rustic barn, nestled in the trees, offers precious antiques and other fascinating treasures. Stroll past the pond and into the woods to experience the wild beauty of our forest. You might even encounter a feathered or furry friend along the way! From quiet circles of trees to sunny, open clearings, you will have a variety of locales from which to choose. Covenant Gardens is the perfect location for all your outdoor events, whether it be photography, video producing, party, wedding, team building session. Included in your rental is use of our tiny house/Barndominium, which features a full size refrigerator, charming loft bedroom & beautiful private back deck for enjoying nature. Parking description

Circular driveway with plenty of room for parking up to 80 vehicles.

General Rules

No smoking or open flames of any kind, including candles & sparklers . No glitter. Only natural plant petals, or leaf confetti, or birdseed only. Owner's separate contract for groups of more than 10 people. No children under 13 yrs old, unless supervised by an adult at all times. All events serving beer, wine, champagne, or frozen wine margaritas, must be served by a TABC bartender, & require security personnel. OVERTIME: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGE: Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE: Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. Since much of the barndominium furniture are antiques, it must be lifted not dragged. MISCELLANEOUS: There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
