COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The space is always cleaned and disinfected the moment one renter leaves.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The space has the following features:

About the Space

Photoshoots, Podcasts, videos, YouTube recordings, small creative workshops. Currently the studio is designed to perfectly execute all the ideas above but in the near future in depth creative sets will be created. The studio is filled with props and light modifiers to obtain all of your potential ideas and photography needs.

There is street parking that is free but it is crown heights so pending on the time it will have an effect on availability. (like anywhere else in Brooklyn)

Tinted commercial store front windows. There are curtains on the windows. The light is brighter from12noon to 3:30pm

General Rules

Paper is $25 a pull after the first initial choice. (each color chosen after) Any pets brought in are to be handled and cleaned by whomever brings them. Groups bigger than 10 people has to be mentioned. There is a $50 cleaning fee for any excessive cleaning needed based off of what's created and how the studio is maintained by the renter.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

There are two cameras one facing the entrance and another facing the equipment. Cameras will not be facing the models shooting space.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
