Enhanced cleaning measures:

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space

This one bedroom, one bath apartment is filled with tons of natural light. With an open floor plan, this space can function in multiple ways--use the space to teach a cooking class in our fully outfitted kitchen, host a cozy book club, set up for a lecture series, or launch a new brand with a pop up. You can even schedule an afternoon to work or study, or book some time to yourself and take a nap on the bed:) This 1200 sq ft unit is easily adaptable to you needs. Includes internet, washer and dryer, full kitchen, full bathroom, and ample room to adapt to your needs.

No smoking inside the unit. Outside catering is allowed. No events past 9pm. This loft is located above a business and surrounded on both sides by other neighbors, so is not suited for big groups or parties, no loud events.
