About the Space

Cozy backyard capable of hosting a wedding with up to 50 guests a taco man, or caterer as well as a DJ. Comes with beautiful blue glass fire pit with concrete seating atound it. Professional outdoor heater, flat screen TV, ceiling fan. Table with six chairs under a gazebo with a small area for drinks to create a fun bar area. Side of the house is a putting green that can be used as a staging area for weddings. Large extended driveway is great for parking, portable restrooms, caterers and more.There is no restroom available at this time. Out guests have found renting a restroom to be easy and affordable.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

We threw a small Bridal Shower here. The space was just as pictured, and actually a bit bigger than I imagined. Well maintained, and Heather was a very responsive host. The lack of an onsite bathroom meant we had the additional expense of renting a portable toilet due to elderly guests unable to make the walk to the community facilities. Heather was very accommodating for the drop-off and pickup of this, which made things easier. The tables and chairs we rented from her were clean and in good condition. The outdoor TV and firepit were nice, even though we didn't use them.
