Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

All hard surfaces are cleaned and disinfected prior to each event. Sanitizer will be provided and the bathroom and kitchen will be fully stocked with hand soap and paper towels.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Beautiful Victorian home prominently located in the heart Clifton's Gaslight District, just steps from local shops and restaurants. Two B&Bs are located within walking distance for overnight guests. Built in 1900, the space features many original details, including a stained glass double door front entry, 11-foot ceilings, 3 fireplaces, pocket doors, a grand staircase, and windows galore! Brightly colored walls, minimalist furniture, and quirky art and decor add a fun, yet elegant touch, and serve as a great backdrop for photo and video shoots! The three-room space flows from one room to the next. It's currently setup as two sitting rooms, plus a 6-person dining space in front of the staircase, however it can be reconfigured to your needs. There's a large front porch with additional dining and lounge seating, plus a side yard. Note, front yard faces a busy intersection. Also includes a half-bath, use of the fully equipped kitchen, and 2 TVs with chromecast for music and video. A second bathroom (red and coral with a clawfoot tub and west-facing window) and a bedroom (yellow and orange with bright south-facing windows) may also be use for photographic purposes, but are off-limits unless being filmed. Parking description

Two free parking spots in our driveway are included for the event hosts. Limited free street parking is available on Whitfield and Ludlow, and metered spots are also available on Ludlow. Evening events (after 6p) can use the bank parking lot across the street.

Lighting description

Each room has big windows with natural light all day long. Green room - faces the east and has extra bright morning light. can be closed off with pocket doors. Teal room/staircase - faces the west and south and receives bright late afternoon sun. Fuchsia room is lit from both the east and the south and has consistent lighting throughout the day. The south facing window is 10ft wide but faces the covered porch. Can be closed off with pocket doors. Curtains are on all but two windows and can be closed as needed to control lighting. Overhead lights (dimmable) and accent lighting also in each room.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

There are neighbors both upstairs and downstairs so occasional ambient noise such as footsteps may be heard, but is limited. The house faces a busy road and is near a fire station and hospitals so street noise is consistent.

Equipment loading description

The two included parking spaces are perfect for loading and unloading equipment. There's a rear entrance right by the parking spaces, as well as a double-door front entryway for larger equipment. Parking can accommodate up to 2 cargo vans, or 1 small box truck and one car/van. Larger/additional box trucks must park on the street.

Staging area is available

The kitchen is out of sight and can be used for setup.

All rooms are available for shooting

Electrical system description

Outlets are available in each room. The circuit breaker is in the basement right at the bottom of the stairs.

General Rules

No smoking indoors, ashtrays provided on the porch. Weekday events must end at 10pm, weekend events may go longer, however loud music and noise must end by 11p.

All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved

The rooms can be rearranged/staged to your liking, however all removals must be approved and supervised by us.

Security cameras and recording devices

One security camera is located in each main room to monitor the general space. The devices will be on for security and insurance purposes, and the footage will only be viewed in the instance of damage or security concerns.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
