Beautiful Victorian home prominently located in the heart Clifton's Gaslight District, just steps from local shops and restaurants. The house sits on a corner lot on a main road so your guests can easily find you. Two B&Bs are located nearby for out-of-town visitors. The three-room space flows from one room to the next and can easily be reconfigured for popup shops, art shows, workshops, and meetings. It's currently setup as two sitting rooms with sofas, and a dining/conference space with a 6-person table. For large groups or workshops, use the pink center room to present, while attendees sit in the adjoining rooms with a clear view from both angles. Large pocket doors can also be used to close off the two main sitting rooms if separate spaces are needed during your event. The reading nook and half bath can be used as a dressing rooms for clothing popups. Additional furniture can be added on to accommodate more tables and seating for larger groups. On nice days, use the large front porch for extra lounge or breakout space, or add on the firepit and outdoor game package for team-building fun! Both the Metro and UC buses stop on the corner for easy commuting. Rental includes a half-bath, and use of the fully equipped kitchen, a record player and records, a Google Nest 3-room speaker system, and 2 TVs with Chromecast to cast music, videos, or presentations for meetings and workshops.
