Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We hire a company to come in between each booking

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

About the Space

Designers looking for a studio to create, draft, and sew their creations…this is the perfect space for you. Our design studio comes fully equipped with a Singer Heavy Duty Sewing Machine, Brother Serger, Heat Press for Shirts/Hats/Plates/Mugs, dress form and any other tool you might need to get your designs made. Fabric is not included but available at an extra cost. Lounge is included in booking.

General Rules

House rules are simple treat our place like you would your home. No standing or jumping on furniture, no rearranging furniture. No smoking in the building, please be courteous cigarette butts go in the trash can not the parking lot. When using the design studio whatever inventory you plan to use it must me discussed before your booking to ensure availability. Must be 16 years or older to use sewing equipment and 18 plus to use heat press. Report any and all Damages or jams in equipment. If you don’t know how to use the equipment, a seamstress can be added to your booking at an additional cost.

Production insurance is required

Up to 1 million in coverage and list Stick Digital as a beneficiary

Security Cameras are installed in our Creative Studio Warehouse, 1 In the design studio, 1 in the co working studio, 1 in the Lounge, and 2 in the warehouse. The cameras are recording 24/7

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
