About the Space
Beautiful Malar rolling mirrors to move safely around the space at your convenience. Brand new Black Marley flooring installed December 2021 that can be picked up and placed down for a fee. Hardwood flooring under neither Marley. LED Lights, Stereo System, 2 portable Ballet Barres, 4 folding chairs included. Space is shaped in a rectangular shape with an area off to the back in the shape of a square.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This is our 2nd time using this space. I’m so thankful we found it! I have an MT college student home for spring break and being able to film his reels here allowed him to stay home the whole break! Carmilla is the perfect host- punctual, attentive, and accommodating!

Great lighted space with amenities to use (Bluetooth sound system, mirrors, ballet bar, back drop, dance floor). Just like what is advertised! Carmilla is attentive and responsive to any questions. An excellent host!

This was a nice little space! Carmilla was really helpful and was there to let us in and show us around. There was nice natural lighting during the day and access to speakers and backdrops.
