About the Space
We have 5 salon chair stations, shampoo bowls, dryers, a comfy waiting area, a nice bathroom, a back break area and extra sink. Come have a makeup party before your wedding or a girls night! Or do a photoshoot with a real salon look! Host a class for hair or makeup. There is lots of natural light since we are on the corner but if you want to go fully private we can clothes all the curtains.

Parking description
Parking is free, easy and available either directly outside the salon or around the corner in overflow.
General Rules
No partying, casual drinks okay. No drinks after 8PM. No smoking or any lighting of candles or fires. No offensive content creation. Must be a reasonable fit for our space. Beauty centric events are desired. Maximum 25 people, ideally a smaller gathering. Cleaning is required by renter and cleaning fee of $50 to touch up surfaces and empty garbage bins.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have a security camera in the main area for safety. For privacy we can turn it off and remove it but we need to be sure that there are enhanced safety measures such as a host which will keep the space secure.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We clean daily and all high touch surfaces with bleach.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
