Our home is professionally cleaned every other week and additional cleaning by your hotlist. Between bookings, we will make sure all surface areas and floors are cleaned and bedding materials are washed replaced. With the exception of fog machines smoking of any kind including vape pens are not allowed. Fog machines may be used

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Located in airy East Aurora in Wheatlands neighborhood. Light and airy feel with a small mixture of clean wood tones. Filled with French country decor upstairs and rustic mountain vibe in the basement. We have 9 foot ceilings and natural tones through out. There is a shopping center across the main streets with multiple restaurants and shops for longer projects. Guest access includes kitchen, living room, study, full basement, bathroom and bedroom, long hallway, patio, and backyard. All spaces are excellent for creating social media content, photo and videos including; commercials, family shoots, lifestyle, cooking, modeling, bar scenes, family night, happy hour, party scene, game nights, beer, alcohol, bartenders, pool, boudoir shoots and more. Basement bar has a rustic, mountain vibe with Colorado flare. There is a pool table, dart board bar top, tap, mini fridge, movie room and multiple TVs. Perfect for shooting party scene, mountain or alcohol scene, families watching movies.

Our house has 3 car garage and can fit 3 cars in the driveway, we are on a corner lot with many free street parking places as well.
