About the Space
The studio loft was built in 2019. It has modern amenities such as a complete kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an open space concept, a 60" screen TV w/ soundbar, seating for up to ten, and more. There is a standing movable bar/table that is included. You can rent additional tables and chairs. Located in East Pilsen, the loft is central to Chicago public transit and the expressway I90 and I290. Access to 3.5-foot doors allows for equipment in and out quickly. Parking is readily availableāgreat location for catering as well. The space is 18'*49' (includes bathroom and kitchen) total and usable standing event space is 18'*27'. The space and bathroom are ADA Certified. Note that there is no elevator to the rooftop. People used the space for community meetings, parties, photoshoots, video shoots, dinner parties, small ceremonies, and small business grand opening events. During the day, the loft is used as a commercial photo studio. We offer professional photo equipment for rent as well. Rentable items include backdrops, Fujifilm camera, Nikon camera, Profoto lights, Broncolor lights, tape, tether cords, commercial MUA mirror, and textured surfaces. Additional things you can rent: Front Patio Large Cast Iron Grill Rooftop (spring, summer, fall) Coat Rack Seating and Tables: Studio Loft only (no front patio) Standing: 50 Sitting: 40 Tables (8 ft): 6 Patio Standing: 15 Patio Sitting: 10 Photoshoots: up to 10 people We also have event planning services! We have a network of providers to help with your event needs. These include photographers, set designers, interior designers, hair and makeup, wardrobe stylists, catering companies, staffing agencies for servers, bartenders, DJs, and live bands.

This was absolutely the perfect space for hosting my bridal shower! The art on the wall added a nice touch to the decor, and there was plenty of parking for everyone. Damianus was very helpful in assisting in additional services of table & chairs and anything else that was needed. I would definitely book again if I needed to host another event.

Beautiful space! The space was spotless and smelled fresh & clean upon arrival. Entering and exiting the space was straightforward and any add-ons (e.g. I rented his speaker and four high tables) were there and ready for use. Damianus went above and beyond to communicate efficiently and effectively. Heās thorough, responds to questions quickly, and even checks in with you the day before and the day of your event to ensure you feel supported. Street parking is abundant and the venue is easily accessible from downtown Chicago. I used this space for a fundraiser for around 40-45 guests and it was perfect. I would highly recommend this space and would definitely book again in the future.
