I have certified cleaning staff come in for every turnover.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
About the Space
Located at the end of a culdesac in a very quiet neighborhood. Private drive upto to front entry. Nice open layout upon entry with comfortable couches to relax. 55” smart tv to unwind and utilize browser to find Netflix, Prime, Starz, Disney, Hulu, HBO, Paramount, News, Weather, YouTube.

General Rules
Quiet hours are between 10PM and 7AM.
No parties/get-togethers allowed under any circumstance. You agree to $1000 fine plus cost of additional guests. Eviction possible and no refunds.
NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS without prior permission even if they are just visiting. Any unregistered guests will be charged a minimum of $35/person/day. Guests include ALL individuals regardless of age, even infants under two.
NO ILLEGAL activities or drugs allowed – authorities will be called, and you will be evicted immediately with no refunds.
You are more than welcome to smoke/vape outside. Please throw your butts in the outside trash can and not on the ground. If you smoke or vape cigarettes or marijuana inside my home you agree to a $200 fine each day.
Turning off WIFI is a $250 fine. Covering or moving the exterior cameras is a $250 fine and will result in immediate eviction with no refunds.
I understand that accidents happen; please let me know immediately if you break or damage something. You agree to pay for replacement or damage.
Please do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. My home is pest-free, and I intend to keep it that way with your help.

There is one security doorbell camera on the outside by front door.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
