Cleaners will be hired in coordination with and in advance of rental times.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Sun-filled Tahoe Mountain Home located in Truckee's Tahoe Donner neighborhood available for photo and video shoots. Potentially open to other uses but not available for parties. Free parking on a flat driveway and street, vacant lots on each side of the house. Situated in sparse woods backing up to open space. Very quiet location. Newly painted and stained. Very warm and inviting space.

Large, flat driveway with room for 5 cars plus free parking on street as long as it's not snowing and the snowplow does not need access to the street.

General Rules

No smoking No alcohol No parties Catering allowed This is our primary home so hotel accommodations will need to be provided for our family in the event we need a place to be during your shoot. This can be discussed at the time of the contract.
