Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Our facility shuts down the operations daily for disinfecting and cleaning.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space
This space is great for multiple sports activities, video shoots, photoshoots, special events, and birthday parties. Our facility offers a basketball court, turf fields, weight area, food bar, lounge area, and classroom. This facility includes wifi, AC/heat, and two televisions.

General Rules
No smoking of any type inside or outside the facility. No pets allowed on property unless approved by owner. Facility must be cleaned day of event if not cleaned a fee will be charged.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Property has 24hr surveillance inside and outside of facility. Security guard option is available upon request.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
