About the Space
Our beautiful club room is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A pool table and shuffleboard will surely entertain the crowd! Pool use not permitted. You may use the outdoor patio, however, it is not exclusive to reservations. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Beautiful space and requires very little decor. Great for natural and candid photo opps! I had a morning event and it was clean and ready to go. Would use this again if I have a chance.

This space is beautiful. We got so many compliments during the event we hosted - and Lauren, the host, was very easy to work with. We don't live in this apartment complex and we are from out of state so we didn't visit the space prior to our event - the only difficulty we had was entering the space to set up. The leasing office is closed on the weekends even though their office hours are listed otherwise - so i would make sure to talk to them prior to your event so you know how to properly enter the space.

I am a resident of The Smith, where this space is located. First off, the room is stunning and well furnished. It is a beautiful space for events. The problem with renting this room is that the management will not ensure that the space is cleaned prior to your event. We booked this room for our daughter's 1st birthday party. When we arrived the room was a complete and total disaster. The floors were sticky with spilled alcohol and sodas all over it. The kitchen area bartop and counters were also sticky and drinks spilled everywhere. It took a team of 7 to 10 of our family and friends who arrived early for the event to work together to thoroughly clean the space before other guests arrived. We were embarrassed and had to apologize to our guests. The fee for the space includes a charge for cleaning. I specifically asked the representative from Peerspace about this charge and they said that it was mandatory because they ensure the space is cleaned before and after the event. When our event was finished, we cleaned the entire space again and left it way better than we found it. I will never rent this room again and advise anyone whether corporate or individual to rent this room unless you are content with bringing a cleaning crew with you. I had to use my own cleaning supplies from my home which I have to discard now because they were not designed to clean a room of that size. I have requested a full refund from The Smith and Peerspacw for ruining our child's 1st birthday.
