About the Space

Our venue space is a secluded old warehouse near downtown charlotte that has been converted into a clubhouse lodge and is great for private events. It has a rustic look interior and a spacious island feel courtyard with patio and picnic tables. An onsite ice cream shop & truck for delicious frozen dessert, private room with screen projector and full bar. Private room: 768 sq. ft. Shop Lounge area: 500 sq. ft. Courtyard: 3870 sq. ft. Cultural Activities, Corporate party, Brand launch party, Dinner party, Family reunion, Birthday parties, Wedding reception, Baby Showers, Bachelor/bachelorette party, Pop-ups, Screenings, Holiday parties, Fundraisers, Sip and Paints, Dance lessons, Language class sessions

Parking description

• Up to 4 onsite parking spots. • Park responsibly, Respect residents property and driveways. • To avoid any long walks from and to your car, Ride-Share services is recommended for a convenient door to door drop off and pick up. • Guest ride-sharing from long distance usually park their vehicle at the nearest light rail parking deck or Music Factory and request a ride from there to event location to avoid high ride cost.

General Rules

• Guest and attendees must register upon entry. • No smoking in the building. • No sale of or outside alcohol on premise. (See Add-ons for Bar needs) • No pets or illegal drugs. • Guest has 24 hours from Booking receipt to view space and cancel if doesn't meet needs. • Outside food and non-alcoholic beverage is allowed. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
