Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

My space works well for brunch, I have a 20 foot island that seats 6-8 and a dining table that seats 4. It also works well for a meeting or small social gathering. The living area has a small-ish L sofa which seat 4 people comfortably and 2 accent chairs. Altogether I have seating for 14 in the main area but there’s room for plenty more if you’re able to bring some chairs. 1 half bathroom on the main area, upstairs is off limits.

General Rules

-No smoking inside, there is a patio for smoking and you can also smoke anywhere outside as long as you don’t litter. -If you need to move furniture around please move it back to when finished. -Outside catering allowed -No parties, music is allowed at a moderate level. -Please don’t mess with any apps on the TV unless you ask first. -Cleaning fee of $25 will be charged if trash/dirt/messes are left behind.

Furniture can be moved or rearranged, however it must be moved back after using.
