The flexible open space can accommodate a variety of set ups and layouts, with seating for up to 60 guests (utilizing in house tables and chairs) and space for up to 125 for standing cocktail receptions. Perfect for birthday parties, brand activations, film shoots and meetings, the ground floor venue has a variety of AV options built in, including mounted projector and screen. The billboard wall is perfect for step and repeats and branding, and the long hallway entry offers opportunities for galleries and red carpet entrances. The entire space is wheelchair accessible, with a ground floor entrance and two ground floor restrooms. Included in the space are our dining tables (on wheels for ease of movement), chairs, hightop tables, and lounge furniture. Please inquire for our current inventory. In house catering is available, and clients are able to bring in outside catering as well. All alcoholic beverage service must be provided by the in house caterer. For liquor sponsored events or tastings, please inquire with the events manager.
