CHECK-IN Check in is at any time frame that works for your schedule upon your arrival . We are equipped with a smart-lock that will works with your smart-phone. Your phone will become your key to the property and will remain active for the duration of your stay. PETS We ask that all pets be crated or placed in carrier when left in home unattended. We understand pets get anxious and nervous in new environments so if they were to have an accident it would be contained to the carrier/crate. QUIET HOURS After 10:00 pm weekdays we ask that noise be kept to a minimum. The neighborhood picks up a little during the weekend but we still ask that music and sound be kept at a respectable level. SMOKING RULES No smoking (of any kind) inside the property. Okay to smoke outside away from doors and windows. A smoking fee of $200 will be applied for extra cleaning time that is incurred for guests that break this rule. APPLIANCES Thermostat: HVAC/AC/Heating To preserve the life of the HVAC unit we have locked the thermostat to 70℉ - 75℉ on automatic, so it will shut off the air when the thermostat reaches that temperature day or night. If additional cooling or airflow is required feel free to turn on the fans or open the windows. Again, the thermostat is locked to preserve the life of the HVAC (prevent burnout/malfunction from overuse) and to keep the home safe and comfortable for our guests. During the cold seasons be sure to close the front door, windows, and the laundry room door to prevent any cold air from coming inside the home. Pod coffee maker has instructions printed on its right side PARKING RULES Please park on driveway. Additional cars or trailers, please park only in front of this property. Out of respect for the neighbors please do not park in front of any other property in the cul-de-sac. PACKAGES Please if you happen to be around when a package is delivered to the property. If you can place the package or packages by the garage where they’ll be retrieved . TRASH REMOVAL Please place trash in bags before dumping into larger receptacle located outside to the right of the garage. Please do not place loose trash in large outdoor receptacle. CHECKOUT We ask that guests pick up after themselves as much as possible (time permitting of course). This will allow us to open the property up to more bookings slots. This helps other guests (and you if you decide to stay with us again) to book/checkin the same day a previous guest checks-out. No need for a spring cleaning of course but please leave the home as close to the condition of checkin. Thanks
