General Rules
• Guests must maintain a professional atmosphere at the Premises (including behavior, speech, noise levels and dress standards), free of harassment, abuse, aggravation or intimidation. Any interference with other members’ or guests’ use or enjoyment of the Premises, misconduct or foul language may result in expulsion, suspension or termination of access.
• Private and semi-private areas (not including reserved Offices) are provided throughout the Premises for the use of all members. Please ensure you are not monopolizing their use.
• Members and guests will maintain general tidiness of the portion of Premises they use and will not allow the accumulation of trash, refuse or waste, which they will dispose of in the proper receptacles.

Common Area, Coworking Area and High touch surfaces are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
