Summer Special! $100hr for outdoor space only Located across from Lookout Mountain Park our Versatile spacious backyard has everything you will need, with access to wet bar prep space, mini fridge, barbecue with bar top seating, dining table & chairs, sectional outdoor sofa, lounge chairs, Fire table & Patio heater. Games available; Corn Hole & Large Jenga Two TV’s one located by the barbecue & one inside by wet bar
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages allowed
Cooking and food preparation is allowed on-site
up to 60 black folding chairs for a fee of $150
Outdoor furniture included in rental.

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Hand Sanitizer
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters

This space was perfect for my SIL & BIL's reception. We were able to look it pretty fast. Very well kept and the host was very communicative and quick to respond back. The actual venue was absolutely beautiful!

I knew the second I saw this backyard that it would be perfect for our 90th birthday celebration. Leila was great to work with and everything was so clean and tidy upon arrival. She even had outdoor games for us to use if we wanted. Her communication if I had a question was impeccable and answered & accommodated anything I needed. Thank you again!!

Leila is an amazing host who responded quickly to all my questions and needs. The backyard is beautiful which was so helpful in not needing that many decoration. We had a rehearsal dinner with 50 plus people. Everyone was very impressed with how spacious and beautiful the venue was. Excellent choice!!

I booked this venue for my son’s baby shower. The venue is mostly outside with a small space inside. The venue is gorgeous and very spacious. It was the perfect space for the shower. Everything looked beautiful. My guests were all very impressed. When booking I considered the weather, rain, but chanced it. The two days before our event the rain was non-stop. I was so nervous we would not be able to host the shower. Luckily everything worked out. There was no rain on the day of. Leila was amazing throughout the entire booking process and throughout the potential rain concern. When I expressed my concerns with the rain, she immediately responded letting me know she was also looking at canopies just in case. Communicating with her was easy. She allowed me to stop by to take a look at the venue before booking. The pictures don’t do it justice on how big the backyard is. I will definitely be considering this venue in the future. Such a beautiful space and dealing with Leila was what I look for when working with a business.

Booked this venue for our wedding. Leila was an amazing host who was super easy to work with, had quick response times, and great flexibility to meet and see the venue. We got so many compliments throughout the night on the space. It was exactly as pictured with plenty of space to set up what you want for your event. We will be recommending for anyone looking!

Leila was very communicative with us since the beginning. Before renting out her amazing backyard we were able to take a look and feel the space. My wife and I are very happy with how the whole process went. The space is very clean and well organized, she took care of all the small details I highly recommend this space and working with Leila.
