Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Before and after each event our dedicated staff disinfects all used surfaces, mop, and sweep. Events include fresh linens per event, and all dishes and silverware are cleaned according to Food Healthy Safety guidelines.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This stunning outdoor area boasts a meditation area and water feature and is a lovely spot to host bridal, film showcases, performances, or baby showers. This is one of our most unique and beautiful spaces. Can be set up theatre style, for concerts, and receptions. We look forward to hosting your next event!

Parking description

Our garage is open to the public for a fee, which is posted at the entrance. The fee may be paid with any debit or credit card prior to exiting.

General Rules

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Cameras are located at entrances and exits and all hallways. They're on 24/7 and record video, images, and audio. There are no cameras in private areas like bathrooms and dressing rooms.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
