We follow the CDC guidelines in maintaining and cleaning. We also recommend all guests to maintain physical distance, wear a make, open doors and windows when you can and wash hands frequently.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This is an amazing place for family and corporate events such as reunions, bridal showers, baby showers, sweet 16s, brunches, afternoon teas, happy hours, rehearsal dinners, or just a perfect get away. The host and guests will enjoy the fabulous indoor and outdoor spaces and the cool vibe. Beautifully updated cottage is tucked away in a quiet tree-covered Atlanta's Historical Druid Hills neighborhood, yet is close to all the hot spots in Atlanta! The back yard is private and offers a flag stone patio and beautifully designed landscape with interests of the four seasons. The open floor plan living space is wonderful for socializing, cooking and eating together. There are three bedrooms, each with a king size bed, a desk and a chair. The sunroom in the back has curtains and does not have a door. There are two king size beds in the sun room. The sun room has a fireplace with seating area, bright and airy with a wall of windows. The patio doors walk out to the fully fenced outdoor space.

General Rules

• This home is strictly NO DRUGS and NO SMOKING! This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, and e-cigarettes at both Inside and Outside of the home. • Violators will result in the immediate removal without refund. Lost revenue for cancelled future stays and full replacement of rugs and curtains will be charged. • Relevant Noise Ordinances must be followed. Violators will result in the immediate removal without refund and are responsible for fines and citations issued by government authorities. • Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Wipes and other products, even the "flush-able" kind, must be placed in the trash can provided. Plumbing costs may be charged if foreign objects are detected.

We have one security camera light at the front door and the garage door. One indoor party noise monitoring device that cannot comprehend nor record.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
