ABOUT: The space boasts a 1,200 sq ft production studio. - 15ft x 15ft cyclorama wall - 8ft x 8ft West Facing Window - A lot of Natural Light - Seamless backdrops (up to 3 colors can be mounted to the back drop kit. - Production / Editing Room: Large Table and a Samsung 55' 4K TV with HDMI cable. - Vanity Room/ Changing Room: 18 LED dimmable Vanity Mirror - Clothing Rack on wheels with 10 wooden hangers. - Industrial Steamer _____________________________________________________________________________________ - All bookings are scheduled at least 30 min. apart to allow for proper cleaning to take place and to review equipment and state of studio before the next rental group comes in. _____________________________________________________________________________________ LIGHTING & GRIP EQUIPMENT INCLUDED: - (3) Flash Units ( 320 Watts Each) (Strobe / Monolights) - (1) SL60 Godox Light - (1) Universal Flash Trigger (Canon, Sony, Nikon, Fuji Etc…) - (2) Godox Soft-Boxes (2.5ft X 4ft) - (1) Godox Octobox 55' - (1) 47' Silver Umbrella - (1) Circular Reflector - (1) 6x6 Window which provide and nice golden hour light, right around 4:30- 5:30 - (2) V-flats - (2) C-Stands - (1) C- Stand On Wheels - (1) Light Stand - (3) Sandbags (15lbs Each) - (1) Height Adjustable Table on Wheels With: 27’ Imac ______________________________________________________________________________________ RULES: The studio must be left in the condition you originally entered it in. Furniture should be lifted not dragged. • No standing on the furniture • Food and drink are not allowed on cyclorama • Please do not smoke in the building, vapes are okay.

RULES: Add Ons: Before booking please make sure to reference the Add Ons Section for any Equipment + Services that might not be included in the "About The Listing". Please inquire about backdrops before booking as i might not have all the colors in stock. All backdrops not in stock require (1) business day to allocate. Photography Services please also inquire so that i can properly schedule. The studio must be left in the condition you originally entered it in. Furniture should be lifted not dragged. • No standing on the furniture • Food, Liquid, Confetti remains are not allowed in studio(Extra $50 fee if remains are found) (ex: water spill, confetti all over the floor, Cheeto droppings that have been stepped on) • Keep studio door closed throughout your booking • Please do not smoke in the building, vapes are okay. •No Alcohol for personal use. •No Pets ( Service animals are fine ) •Please return everything where it was found. •Please respect the space. •If attendant is not on site please make sure to close the door on your way out. You will be banned if you leave the door open.
