About the Space

This cozy one bedroom loft is located in Downtown St. Louis, this beautiful loft features high ceilings, large windows providing beautiful natural lighting, exposed brick and hardwood floors, There is an apartment sized washer and dryer in unit. The full unit is available for your use. You can move the furniture as long as it’s placed back into its original space. Please respect the house rules and let us know if you will be needing anything from your host.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The loft was amazing! It was very warm and inviting. It was easy to book and also great communication with the host. I would definitely recommend this place!

The hosts were extremely accommodating, helpful and professional. The location was great for our purposes (documentary film interview set) but it would be perfect for a week or week end stay in Saint Louis. The first thing you see is "Welcome to Saint Louis" so for folks living out of town, don't let this loft pass you by.

Yes, I would book again.

We used this space for a film shoot and the host was very kind and easy to work with, the natural lighting is beautiful. Access wasn't difficult at all. The space is just as pictured, just take into consideration the wide angle photo perspective but no need to worry, there was plenty of space. I highly recommend it!
