Kitchen is fully equipped with brand new, top of the line stainless steel appliances, kitchenware, spice rack and coffee/tea stations. Other things to note Please keep in mind this property is NOT a PARTY HOUSE nor an EVENT HOUSE for nightly renters. We have a zero tolerance Policy for any violations of all short term rental ordinances and our house rules. No over occupancy. The occupancy listed on the agreement is the only occupancy allowed in the property. No additional guests are allowed at any time. Thank you for your co-operation and understanding.
