Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

All surfaces are sanitized between bookings. Booking are spaced out appropriately to allow for adequate cleaning and sanitizing.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

This blank canvas studio condo is the perfect creative space for a small photo or video shoot, and homey enough for a quiet office space to take Zoom calls, record webinars and podcasts, and more. Equipped with a full kitchen, closet, bathroom, and large studio area, this is the ideal space to create your own scenes, and bring your ideas to life. Whether you’re creating a cooking video, or shooting scenes with the city as your background, this is the place for you! Parking description

Paid On-Street and Paid Parking Garage nearby, there are a couple of Free Parking areas around the building. Paid Parking available at meters on Walton Street NW, Marietta Street NW, Broad Street NW, and Forsyth Street NW. Free Parking on Walton Street NW in between The Lofts at Muses and Bank of America. Paid Parking in the Parking Garage Located at the corner of Decatur Street SE and Peachtree Street by Underground Atlanta.

General Rules

Paid Parking Is At The Expense Of The Guest(s), Not The Host. The Host Is Not Responsible For Parking Issues Related to Parking Tickets, Boots, Or Towing. Your booking includes time needed for setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up. You must contact the host to enter the building, and you must leave BEFORE your booking end time to avoid overtime fees. Please be aware that we schedule a 30-minute to 1-hour buffer in between consecutive bookings to ensure we have enough time to clean our studio. No loud music can be played via speakers (large or small). Music can be played via a phone or laptop. Please be kind and courteous, as there are other residents living in the building. You may pay to extend your booking depending on our booking schedule. Please inform us about possible overtime as soon as possible so that we can determine if your booking can be extended. If more guests arrive during your booking than the number of attendees we originally approved, you will be charged a $10 fee per additional person per hour. Please note: ALL GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO CHECK IN AT THE FRONT DESK BEFORE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO PROCEED UP TO THE CONDO. Please do not bring any props or items that will require holes to be made in the walls, doors, etc. If you plan to use the kitchen, please do not leave any items in the sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, on the oven, in the cabinets, or on the counters. No open fire or illegal drugs allowed anywhere in the studio. Any signs will result in a fee. Smoking is allowed outside of the building. Smoke machines are not allowed. All ages are allowed in the space. Nudity is allowed. - No Smoking - No Vaping - No Loud Music - No Pets - No Drugs - No Smoking Machines - No Large Speakers
