Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Along with cleaning, we limit the number of guest as our first measure. In addition, we have a licensed professional cleaner and follow COVID-19 guidelines.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

A great family home in master planned community minutes from downtown, Bush Airport with dining and shopping in reach. Home has open living areas where you can get things done like: TV/Film Retreats Photoshoots Live Events Birthday Parties Dinner Parties Small Weddings Intimate Gatherings 4 spaces in driveway for parking and along street. Parking at clubhouse walking distance. A Gorgeous bright kitchen and a large open game-room with a large screen A place that can check off a lot of boxes when it comes to creative shoots inside and outside of home. Interior decor is bright and soothing. Good natural and indoor lighting throughout space. Furnishings may be moved, but need to go back in place once event has concluded. **All bookings on Sunday for production, event, or meeting need to conclude or wrap by 3:00PM unless request for more time has been approved.
