About Greentown Investments
We are a very flexible workspace and can host many types of events and meetings. We have a large conference table/dining table with seating for 8 people. We have a lounge area with a couch and two side chairs. We have two work bench/desks. We also have another table that seats four next to our kitchenette/coffee bar. We have two handicapped-accessible bathrooms. We can host podcasts, small gatherings, and photo shoots. We can also be a place for your bridal party to get ready for your wedding because we have blinds on our front picture windows for privacy.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

An absolutely fantastic place for renting and hosting meetings, events, or, as in our case, training sessions. My wife is a makeup artist, and she conducted training for a group of girls. The space was extremely clean and comfortable, with cozy chairs, Wi-Fi, a small kitchen, a sink, glasses, and all the necessary amenities, including separate restrooms. Rebecca was incredibly helpful and always available. We highly recommend it!

This is a lovely, bright, open space (pictures 100% accurate) that worked well for our celebration of life. Hosts can access the conference table (pictured), additional chairs in storage, loveseat with coffee table, monitor and television, kitchenette area with island, and restroom access. Guests were able to park in back and in the 2-hour street parking out front. Rebecca was very responsive and helpful too! Thank you!
