Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

With our appealing decor our space is great for: photo shoots, team meetings, filming, and small events, presentations, product launches, dinners, art galleries, cocktail receptions, and anything else your team comes up with! Our 876 Sq ft space is located in the Upper East Side District neighborhood of San Antonio. Features: -3 bedroom 1 bath -Open space for office work or staging - Lots of natural light with house facing true North - Functional kitchen - 3 full-length mirrors -Washer and Dryer The space was recently renovated to a modern layout We are two blocks from the AT&T Center/ Freeman Coliseum and less than 3 miles from the riverwalk, The Pearl District, Alamodome.

General Rules

OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke inside as our facility is not ventilated.Take out the trash-excess trash will be subject to fees. There are two cameras in the property. One is facing the front door and the other is in the backyard. They will be on for security purposes.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
