About the Space
This luxury suite is designed for booth rental services. It also includes your own shampoo bowl and lash table. Our booth space can be rented on a daily or monthly basis which is best for traveling stylists. Do you teach in your industry? You can host 1 on 1 classes virtually and physically in our studio. With our luxury decor, you’re expected to stand out. Booking a mini photo session with our luxury decor is a plus!

Free onsite parking lot located in the back of the Salon. There is also free street parking.
General Rules
No smoking in building, No guns/weapons, Cleaning after session is required and No Extra Guest Allowed. For extra rental time please contact host.

Security cameras and recording devices
Mini Security Camera located in the back of the Salon Suite. The camera is always be ON!
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All surfaces are sprayed with Lysol and also wiped down with Lysol Wipes. Lysol is sprayed in the air before and after every customer!
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
