Such short notice and the place was beautiful, I would definitely rebook an event here. Everything was how I envisioned and my friends enjoyed themselves as well. Property was perfect for our event - a graduation party. Parking was easy, plenty of outdoor space, huge kitchen for any prep, and nice amenities inside. We used the preferred vendors for our event and that was also a seamless process for coordination. Walter was available to answer any questions and assisted with any last minute changes I needed before our party. Would definitely book again and highly recommend this space!

Hands-down, the best experience that I’ve had booking with Peerspace. Walter has been incredibly helpful and convenient throughout the whole process. His space is absolutely beautiful and spacious. All my guest have commented how big this place was and how much their kids enjoyed running around. Walter also provides preferred vendors of his own, which made party planning smooth. I highly recommend booking this place for any event!

Perfect place to host an event. Place is spacious, lots of parking spots, very clean and organized. Has a full kitchen, bathroom and a cozy living room. Walter is a great host. He was accomodating, responded quick to our questions, allowed us to check the venue before booking and even checked in with us few days before the event just to make sure everything is okay. Our guests loved the place and will definetely book here again!
