The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This charming and deceivingly spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalow is the perfect blend of 1920’s class and swagger mixed with today's modern decor and upscale amenities. Decorated to create a luxe boutique hotel vibe while also drawing on the elegance you’d expect from a bungalow built in the ’20s, you’ll feel gatsby-esque as you walk in. This home stands alone on its own private property and has a large inviting verandah with comfortable seating provided to hang out and watch as the city hums around you. Or, for more privacy, there is an outdoor seating area in the backyard for your enjoyment.

Free street parking as well as 3 parking spaces in driveway, accessible by alleyway.

General Rules

No smoking of any kind. No pets. No parties. Quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am (no use of outdoor space during these hours). Please use good judgement and respect our neighbors. Please use kitchen sink responsibly. Egg shells, dry beans, nuts, coffee grounds and other hard substances are to be put in the trash, not the sink. Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Feminine hygiene products, baby wipes or any other materials are prohibited and can cause major issues, at the guests expense, to our plumbing. Furniture, fixtures and lighting may not be moved or rearranged. Please use electricity and water responsibly. Trash Removal: Please be advised that upon checkout all trash should be removed from the property and the condition restored to that upon check-in. This includes the removal of all trash and waste products in the kitchen, bathroom and any outdoor areas. Exterior security camera may be in use.
