About the Space

Modega is a multipurpose creative space that emphasizes dance and movement based art. The space is on the ground floor, accessible, with high ceilings, and equipped with an ADA compliant restroom, water fountain and bottle filler. Professional audio speakers are available for use with all rentals. Supplemental lighting is available to rent for photo and video shoots.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

CJ, was an amazing host! Was friendly and helpful if with needed anything. The space was exactly as described and was perfect for what we needed! Couldn’t recommend it enough!

This was such a beautiful space with 2 different rooms and many props! The host was amazing, I was running a little late and he was more than willing to accommodate any changes. Will definitely be booking again!!

This place is absolutely amazing. CJ and Gordon are the best. They are accommodating and extremely helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s a must.
