About the Space

SPACE: This 5,000 sq ft modern open showroom allows versatility and creativity for any special event or occasion. WI-FI: We have wi-fi available with extended band width. SOUND: This spaces comes equipped with build in bluetooth surround sound which can be connected easily through your laptop or mobile devices. PICTURE: Connect your image, product, or video directly to three 65" TVs. You can connect directly through HDMI or wirelessly. SEATING: We have plenty of seating and tables available to rent. SERVICES: We can fully accommodate your event. From catering and bartending, to Djs, lighting, and decorations. Security can also be included for larger and private events. This space has worked great for all types of events. We have had the following events take place. -Private Events -Networking Events -Workshops -Birthday Parties -Holiday Events -Photoshoots -Runway -and much more!

Lighting description

All our lighting has been updated to LED. However, we still have 2ft×4ft florescent ceiling light that flush with the ceiling if extra light is needed. We also have LED lighting throughout different sections of the space. Creating unique areas for each

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

There are no neighbors around us. So you can be as loud as you want. All businesses near by are usually closed afterhours. When the doors are closed, outside noise is very minimal, if any.

Equipment loading description

Equipment can be brought in through the main entrance. Very easy access. No ramps, or steps. Doors are double wide and swing out for a large opening.

Staging area is available

We have two back rooms and a office.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Owners office.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

The building has adequate power for djs, speakers, lighting and equipment. There are outlets located all through the building. Walls, floors, and ceiling outlets. There is a circuit room that can be accessed if needed.

General Rules

This is a smoke free space. No smoking allowed inside of the building. Do not enter designated rooms and areas that are closed off. No pets. Please respect our place.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

Must have active insurance.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

All furniture and displays can be moved or relocated.

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

We have multiple cameras located through-out the entire interior and exterior of the building. The cameras will remain on to maximize the safety of everyone and the property.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Guests are required to clean and leave the space in the same condition as it was, prior to use. This includes: -All common areas, bathrooms, kitchen, entrance and parking lot. -Removing all trash and debris -Clean, disinfect, mop, and vacuum space -Supply and refill any items that were used.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings
