Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

There's a hired professional that comes to perform cleanings in between bookings, to ensure that the space remains properly disinfected, clean and that guests are able to thrive in a safe, clean space. Guests are also expected not to damage the property or leave the space filthy after usage, as that could create some issues with future bookings for such guests. However, there's a cleaning crew that comes to clean out the space in between bookings to ensure that it's compliant with covid health and safety regulations.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Hand Sanitizer
Disposable gloves

About the Space

You could film features and music videos in my space. It’s a Penthouse on the 33rd floor in Buckhead with some photography backdrops for photos, a beautiful skyline view of Atlanta. It’s all glass and is the epitome of a high class luxury penthouse that could be used as a studio space or as the perfect destination for your upcoming commercials, feature films, music videos or even professional meetings.

Parking description

There’s an available parking space inside the building’s secured parking garage. But there’s also a huge parking lot across the street but there isn’t overnight parking in the large parking lot.

General Rules

No smoking in the house or building. Outside catering is allowed if guests clean up everything and dispose of the trash accordingly. Alcohol is permitted, but not after 8pm and guests mustn’t spill or will be charged for damages. Noise is permissible but it can't be too loud, please keep in mind that there are neighbors so be considerate of how loud you’ll be when utilizing the space.
