About the Space
1,000 sqft classroom space easily fits 15 kids 2-3 adults. Space is located walking distance to the beach! Great location for after school, or weekend classes ! The space is used as a microschool in the day time. Great space for enrichment activities ! Space is available weekdays after 3 pm and weekends !

General Rules
We ask that you respect the space and neighbors. No smoking no loud music! Must keep space clean and safe ! Renters are responsible of cleaning the space and leaving it better than you found it ! Ideal place for children however other activities may take place! Extra charge for removal of student materials.

Health and Safety Measures
We ask that you keep our space cleaner than you found it. Deep clean happens before and after every rental!
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
