Includes a modern, well equipped kitchen and functional work spaces as well as a varity of seating areas. There is even a piano! From cooking classes to workshops to community events, it is a comfortable blend of industrial modern and a cozy neighborhood home away from home!

Lots of street parking. There is also a lot available for rent but it isn’t necessary.
General Rules
*No single-use plastic items (help yourself to dishes and cutlery – no need to bring disposable items).
*Please remember to turn off thermostat: $50 fee to cover energy cost if left on
*Please leave grey fuse box on back wall alone.
*Garbage, compost, and recycling needs to be taken to bins in alley.
*Feel free to move furniture as needed, but we appreciate if you can put it back to the original location. Taking a photo or using painters tape on floor can help!
*The space is set up primarily as an adult space and is not child proofed for kids. If you bring young children, please keep them close and bring activities. Small downstairs space in front is off limits for safety.
*Please keep food in kitchen and at the tables.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We follow all safety protocols from local government and health officials. Additionally, we treat the community center like our home, and take pride in its appearance and cleanliness. We ask all of our guests to do the same.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
