About the Space

This is an Executive Home with a huge eat-in kitchen, open floor plan with plenty of natural light. The first floor would be perfect for photo shoots, meetings, kitchen displays, product displays and small events. There are also 2 additional rooms on the first floor that can be arranged for small meetings, breakout rooms, or other needs. The basement is perfect for a "Man Cave" experience for photo shoots. The home has a stunning Master Suite and Master Bath that can be used for photo shoots and product displays. Lastly the backyard has an outdoor fireplace and paver patio that can extend your event to the outdoors. No parties and loud events, this is in a quiet neighborhood filled with family and residents walking their dogs and children.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Yes, I would book again.

This property fit our film shoot needs perfectly. The space is stunning with lots of natural light and tall ceilings. The extra rooms worked perfectly to stage gear and crew members. Bob was incredibly helpful and accommodating, willing to answer all our questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend renting this property.
