Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We follow strict cleaning procedures. We allow the space to get fresh airflow. Clean then sanitize all surfaces.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

Large four bedroom house with large grassy front and back yards. The neighborhood is very attractive landscaped front yards that look like Anywhere USA. The living room is very spacious with a large window for natural light or great backdrop of the neighborhood. The kitchen offers a lot of windows to the backyard. The backyard features a nice covered patio with LED RGB rope light. The backyard has a large lawn and chimenea and strung with bistro lights.

General Rules

No smoking, no parties nor alcohol. No more than 5 cars on the property between the front or back combined. Cleaning fee of $250 for anything more than a quick refresh.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Records audio and video, placed only at entrance front and back.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
