Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Our location is an upscale office environment which contracts with a daily professional cleaning service in all of our spaces regardless if they have been booked or not. It is our upmost concern to provide safe and sanitary conditions to all of our patrons.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings

The space has the following features:

Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has additional space outdoors
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space

This is our Granite Training Room (B) We can fit 32 people and we have all the modern capabilities imaginable. We also have a Granite Training Room (B) next to this space that you can add on for an additional price. (total can fit 64 people if you book both rooms) Please inquire for more information. We have also attached two pictures of the Granite Common area which is a communal lounge area that you can hang out and take breaks in. Amenities: - WiFi - Coffee - Water - Tea

General Rules

Basic COVID protocols apply. No smoking on premises. No pets allowed. Overnight cleaning is included for our members so the space is impeccably clean at all times. We expect common courtesy for all members and guests in our community.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Our space is monitored and secured with video surveillance in and outside of our suites.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
