About the Space
Modern 2 story pool house with floor to ceiling windows and outdoor courtyard and backyard pool. The first floor is a large open space, and the second floor is our dance studio/work out space with large mirrors. The courtyard and outdoor spaces have artificial grass and concrete. Our pool is a rectangle with an attached lap pool and hot tub. There is also a spacious, artificial grass balcony with a bridge leading to the fire pit and a black spiral staircase going down to the pool. Also features a basketball court with 2 adjustable hoops on the side of the main house and a dryscape in the front. Main house is currently off limits. Please be aware that there is a $300 cleaning fee. Thank you! Also note there is an increase in rates based on number of people. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
